In addition to their brokerage business, Wydown Partners specializes in repositioning retail and multifamily properties into stable assets and meticulously managing them as pride-of-ownership properties on behalf of their clients. Prior to co-founding Wydown Partners, Matt was an accomplished multifamily broker at CBRE, where he spent eight years building his team’s investment sales platform and client base. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California. When he’s not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, following his hometown St. Louis Cardinals, and playing golf. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
